Under the leadership of Area Sales Manager Andreas Lange, who has been with ISGUS since 2006 and previously served as the branch manager, the location has grown steadily and developed over the years. Today, 17 employees in Osnabrück work closely together in an atmosphere of trust and with great team spirit. The rooftop terrace is more than just a place where cucumbers and tomatoes are grown for the team’s regular breakfasts. It is also where countless unforgettable memories have been made, from summer parties, spontaneous group activities to a specially team-organised Christmas market where every employee contributed their own stall. And the ISGUS colours, magenta and orange, are always visible, taking centre stage at such events. Not by obligation, but out of genuine commitment and a sense of belonging to the company. What makes teamwork in Osnabrück so unique? For Mr. Lange a trusting and collaborative working environment is particularly important. His guiding principle, “The team comes first”, is clearly reflected in everyday work. In addition to medium-sized companies, the Osnabrück branch serves numerous customers in the food industry. Consequently, the requirements for security, processes, and access control are particularly high. This makes ZEUS® Access Control especially important for many customers. However, the system is not viewed in isolation, but as part of a comprehensive overall solution. The focus is on data processing and utilisation. From access gate controls and integration with burglar alarm systems to the combination of turnstiles and disinfection processes, a wide range of customer requirements are successfully implemented. What are your key priorities for the coming years? When asked about the future of the Osnabrück branch, Andreas Lange responds with a statement that perfectly describes his outlook: “Last mover and first surfer.” While time recording is already firmly established for many customers, new requirements and opportunities are emerging in the field of HR management.
